Before You Arrive
We’ll give you a quick call to say hi, learn about your child, and send a Digital Welcome Pack so you know exactly where to go and what to bring.
During the Trial
Your child will hop in for a fun, gentle session with our coaches, no pressure attached! While they swim, you can tour our warm pools and clean facilities.
After the Fun
We’ll chat about their progress, snap a photo of their first day, and share a special "Trial-Only" offer if you decide to join our family!

Parking is at public area at the surrounding area, usually sufficient but can be a bit packed on certain days and hours. If I had to nitpick, perhaps the establishment can prepare a better entrance with added awning to provide cover during rainy days drop-off, and tidy up the shoe racks area.

My child has now completed the full swimming program. We’re very happy with the steady progress throughout the journey.
